If you downloaded the IWD file just place it on the main folder of Call of Duty 2 (Example: C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\)
Its should look like this: (C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\mp_zeppelinfeld.iwd)

If you downloaded one of the known compressed files (.rar or .zip) just extract it to "C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\"
